Epson and NewSoft Technology have launched Epson Imaging WorkShop, a photo printing program designed for professional and serious amateur photographers who use compatible Epson printers. Imaging Workshop provides image browsing, layout, color management, and print setup tools, and allows photographers to print raw images captured by supported cameras. The program offers 16-bit image processing, and provides a range of nondestructive image-editing tools and integration with other photo-editing software programs.

Imaging WorkShop is currently compatible with Epson’s Stylus Photo R2400, Stylus Photo R1800, and Stylus Pro R3800 printers. The software will be available until July 31, 2007 for a $199 introductory price. The regular price will be $249. A 30-day free trial is also available. For further information or to purchase the application, go to the Imaging WorkShop Web site.
